At the conception of Steps To Joy in 1979 we were ministering in the interior of British Columbia, Canada. Early one morning the Lord gave me (Who am I? See about Nancy) a vision of Joshua and Caleb, 2 critters (squirrel and otter) who would take children in to possess the land through musical adventures. The land they are possessing is one of music, and they are redeeming it back for the Lord. Steps To Joy was birthed to bring a refreshing to the body of Christ through new, divinely inpired, and Christ centered music that speaks to the depths of the soul. It is also geared toward helping you learn scripture through music, as God's Word is our most powerful weapon and defense against the enemy. Some of the music is targeted at children and youth, but it all can be learned, played, and enjoyed by people of all ages.

MISSION
To practically train the Army of the Lord in righteous living, worship, and praise, while providing the skills and means to do so.

Profits from sales of Steps To Joy materials are given to various causes, including: helping student ministry teams, student missions, purchase of Bibles for home missions and overseas, helping overseas schools, orphanages, and students, all as the Lord provides and leads. Our purpose is to help reach the lost for Jesus Christ.
